A San Diego based family of restaurants and shops came to us with the desire to grow their customer base to reach a younger, more online clientele. The restaurants and shops have been in business in the greater San Diego area since the early 70's, so they had a healthy returning customer base but did not have much in the way of engagement on their existing socials.
Our job was to come up with a short term strategy to achieve three main goals: Build awareness and engagement online, attract a younger audience inside the restaurants, and promote the historical authority the restaurants already had to a wider audience.
